Project

Product Development

End-to-end development of custom electronics products from concept to production.

What We Do

Developing a new electronic product requires coordinating hardware layout, firmware architecture, component sourcing, and manufacturing constraints. We manage this entire technical lifecycle to deliver a market-ready product.

Capabilities

  • Concept development and feasibility studies
  • Hardware architecture and schematic design
  • Firmware engineering
  • PCB layout and routing
  • Rapid prototyping and board bring-up
  • Functional testing and validation
  • Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA)
  • Production support and factory handoff

Our Engineering Process

  1. Concept & Feasibility: Defining the product requirements document (PRD) and mitigating technical risks.
  2. Design: Executing schematic design and firmware architecture in parallel.
  3. Prototype: Building the first physical 'works-like' prototype.
  4. Test & Iterate: Validating the design against specifications and resolving bugs.
  5. DFM: Optimizing the board layout and component choices for mass production.
  6. Production: Releasing the final manufacturing package (Gerbers, BOM, Firmware binaries).

Applications

We provide full product development services for any custom electronics device across industrial, commercial, and agricultural sectors.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does custom product development take?

It varies widely, but a typical cycle from concept to functional prototype takes 3-6 months, depending on complexity.

Do you design the mechanical enclosure?

We focus on the electronics and firmware. However, we design the PCB to fit your mechanical constraints and work closely with your mechanical engineers or industrial design partners.

Who owns the Intellectual Property (IP)?

Upon final payment, the client owns the intellectual property, including all schematic files, PCB layouts, and custom firmware source code.

Do you handle mass manufacturing?

We handle prototyping and low-volume pilot runs. For mass manufacturing, we provide the complete DFM package and can assist in vetting and communicating with Contract Manufacturers (CMs).

Can you rescue a stalled product development project?

Yes, we frequently audit existing designs, identify flaws, and take over development to bring a stalled product to the finish line.
